With over twenty-four years in the construction industry, Shawn started his career in the field and tackled every lesson to be learned with great tenacity and a wholehearted desire to move forward. His experience began as a Superintendent as he moved to Project Manager then on to Vice President of Construction and now to President and Owner, Shawn has a unique advantage in appreciating the efforts and steps necessary to meet the individual needs of each Client. His experience allows him to take a proactive approach to everything from the bidding process to buy out to management and close out providing his Clients a turnkey experience. His experience has proven him to be proficient in build-outs for the following: Restaurants, High-End Corporate Offices, medical, LEED Certified and GSA projects.
Lee Ann Bynaker
Lee Ann Bynaker brings over twenty years of escalating construction responsibility gained through her prior experience in the industry. Her motivation to excel in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines, combined with her knowledge of construction and project management, position her as an integral component within the C-CON team and a valuable asset to our clients. Lee Ann’s attention to detail, her communication and organizational skills are talents, which allow her to efficiently coordinate and facilitate the progress of each project. Her position within C-CON allows her to provide essential support to the Field Superintendent while interfacing daily with Clients, Architects and Subcontractors to bring each aspect of the project together to provide an end result that meets every need of the end user.
C-CON welcomes Lilly to the office staff. She works diligently to support all facets of day to day tasks in the accounts payable department. Lilly’s organization and attention to detail are instrumental as she processes payment of subcontractor invoices and lien waivers. She works closely with the accounting team during month end close out and reconciliation processes. C-CON and subcontractors alike enjoy her friendly voice on the phone, her pleasant demeanor and her unmatched attention to detail ensuring every task bestowed upon her is completed promptly and perfectly.
Joe comes to C-CON, Inc. with over twenty-four years of construction experience. Joe is responsible for strictly maintaining project schedules, exceeding rigorous safety standard and quality control. He works with the field staff to ensure adherence to project documents, enforcing OSHA regulations and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Joe’s background in managing all aspects of the construction site, in addition to his ability meet deadlines, nurture relationships with clients and tenants and meeting the strictest of deadlines makes Joe a certain asset to C-CON and our clients! Joe understands the importance of timeliness, safety and quality. Attributes that are of paramount importance in our industry.
Director of Concrete Division
Bob brings over thirty-one years of seasoned experience to C-CON’s field staff. He boasts a background in construction in which he has managed staff on many different types of construction projects and he shares his heart with the concrete trade. Interior concrete, exterior concrete, masonry, specialty concrete, he has done it all and pours his expertise, his experience, his precision and his passion into making every project, be it a buildout, a renovation or a simple concrete patch, a venture to take pride in. As a successful business owner prior to joining the C-CON ranks, Bob has become extremely well versed in running a pro-active project in a manner that lends itself to superb coordination between trades, safety practices that maintain the highest quality of work possible and effective management of daily activities, yielding successful projects and satisfied clients each time.
Jennie brings to C-CON attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication skills which are all indispensable assets to not only the C-CON team, but to our clients as well. Her position within our company allows her to provide paramount support to the Superintendents, while also interfacing daily with our Clients, Subcontractors, and Architects to ensure a perfectly orchestrated project.

There is no facet of a project that doesn’t benefit from Alex’s attention to detail and strict standards. His experience provides Alex with the advantage of knowledge of each trade. Doug comes to C-CON, Inc. with over eighteen years of experience in the construction industry. Doug has built an amazing reputation in this market through his hard work, his honest ethic, his resourcefulness and his ability to get the job done right. Working with people, through issues, to a common goal—a completed project the entire team can take pride in. Protocol such as planning, follow through, flexibility and resourcefulness make Doug a certain asset to C-CON and our Clients. His prior experience in high-end, custom millwork fabrication and installation allows him a keen eye for detail and perfection. His motivation and management style consistently yield cooperating subcontractors, satisfied building inspectors and Clients who’s expectations have been exceeded.
Kenny brings eighteen years of experience to C-Con’s field staff. He boasts a background in construction which began in the custom millwork field. He has worked his way through the ranks and in the past years has managed staff on many different types of construction projects. Interior remodeling, exterior remodeling, base building—he has done it all and pours his expertise, his experience, his precision and his passion into making every project, be it a buildout, a renovation, a venture to take pride in. Kenny has become extremely well versed in running a pro-active project in a manner that lends itself to superb coordination between trades, safety practices that maintain the highest quality of work possible and effective management of daily activities, yielding successful projects and satisfied clients each time.
Ricardo joins C-CON with over twenty-one years of carpentry experience that will enable him to lead our talented crew in the C-CON Service Division. Ricardo will enable C-CON to improve our focus on the smaller, fast paced projects and provide our Clients with a great solution to all facility needs.
